Keep the focus runes so you can put something other than accuracy on slot 6. With the focus runes and awakened bonus, you can easily get max accuracy from subs. I have mine runed despair focus spd/hp/hp with 100% accuracy. His second skill doesn’t hit hard enough to bother with def% on 4 or 6 IMO.
