For chances to defuff it works like this: 75%+10%+15% is 100%. (of course the effect can still be resisted depending on your accuracy and the opponents resistance).
For heal like bella your on the right track: 30%+10%=33%, 33%+10%=36.3.

(ok almost 100% but still)
As an example we have Bella’s healing skill 30% + 10% + 10% should be 50% and testing shows it’s actually 36,3% (as if using the first formula above).
