Hi, I have fire Jack and tested his 3rd skill. At this moment, it has a change to apply attack debuff and heal recovery debuff (not defense break).

In reply to fakedeath. His 3rd skill is good in ToA and also dungeons for mob clearing. Aoe Defense Debuff + Hp Debuff is very valuable and I don't know any other mob that can do both in 1 skill.

How much atk speed does the wind jack add? it seems to me that he add less than 30%.

i recently got Water Jack-o-latern too. I guess runes like Vio/Revenge or Swift/Revenge (both spd/hp%/acc%) is better for him. He’s pretty good at PVP Offense as long as you have decent spd and acc, and unbeatable at dungeons, if you have high hp.
