fran is the best fairy due skill 2 and 3, it is also useful in the necropolis as the skill 1 attack 2-3x

after the update on patch 1.8.0 she got buffed on her 1st skill which is now hit 3 times, she has some usefulness on Necropolis now.
i did some experiment to find out her skill multiplier:
my Fairy has 1175 Attack power.
‘Purify’ did 6224 Heal which is around 520% her attack power.
‘Fairy Blessing’ did 3280 Heal which is around 280% her attack power.
heal based on attack power have advantage and disadvantage..
heal could be higher if you have attack power buff, but it also go lower if you got break attack debuff on you
i did ‘Purify’ with attack power buff and it healed me for 9934 heal.
this fairy is mini chasun, my pick of runes are fatal/energy or vio/energy hp%/att%/att%

I don’t have a wind sky dancer, or light inugami. I am level 40, and I consider myself in the late game already. Starting to have plenty of 6* monsters in to play with, and farming B7 Giants for runes currently.
Fran is in all of my team combination. Perhaps a wind sky dancer or light inugami can replace her, but other than those, there isn’t that much monsters that specialize in healing like fran.

In reply to LionHeart. I personally don't have a sky dancer and have kept Fran in my monster storage for months already and today I might give her a try. Got her to 4* and planning to 6* her. I saw a video on youtube with her on TOA 100, together with Baretta, Hwa, Bernard and Woochi if I am not mistaken. I was doing a research about Woochi when I came across that video and that is the reason why I decided to level her up. Imagine 2(two) 3* monsters and 3(three) 4* monsters finishing TOA 100. I must say, she really is a decent support/healer. Two thumbs up for her for being part of a team who finished TOA 100. Time for her to go 6*!(for those who don't have chasun)

Fran is a decent (All-Around) Mid-Game monster to a (S-Ranked Support) Late-Game.
Possible Rune set-ups are:
-Energy(x3) 2(Atk%)/4(Atk%)/6(Atk%)
[EARLY-GAME]
-Fatal/Energy 2(Atk%)/4(Atk%)/6(Atk%) {can change 2,4, or 6 with Hp%}
[MID-GAME]
-Violent/Energy 2(Atk%)/4(Atk%)/6(Atk%) {can change 2 or 6 with Hp% & 4 with Crit Dmg%}
[LATE-GAME]
I personally love her. She is like Neal older protective sister. For a Natural 3*, she is well worth keeping, plus she is rare in terms of limited edition. I still use her from time to time since her heals are nice if runed well, and her Light element shines through.

I have her 5* with Fatal/Energy – atk% atk% hp% and she does a decent job as a support healer. She has two heals, one debuff, and a decent attack with good runes in the proper config.
