I have 6 starred My Lumi.Runed it Guard/Energy/Endure With all 6 star rune…all slots are Hp%…it has 38K Hp,900 def,120+/- spd,60 resis(100 if leader),Acc 11%.She is very tanky and useful in Arena but i made her for dungeons…but she barely survive giant b9 and die in drag b8.Is Vio is must?i have 1 set 5 star Vio in Chasun…in that case i will switch them.plz guide me.im super frustrated

In reply to Mdmdmd@gmail.com. You shouldn't call other people challenged when they understand a concept and you do not. It really looks bad on you. Def reaches a point where it offers diminishing returns. You want to hit that point, but not exceed it in order to get full value.

In reply to Moron Hater. Ill explain it to you since your obviously challenged....I want to know why they are recommending two different main stats when one has to be better than the other. In PvP it would make sense to have both due to lushen who ignores defense and other Mons who do damage based on max hp. In the future try to be less judgemental, it makes you come off as stupid. @moron hater

In reply to Vel. def does NOT have diminishing returns, until you are over 1400, it actually has increasing returns. Ideally you want to just break that value, and just watch out for defense debuffs... If you can do that with one def rune then you should do two hp runes. I'm assuming you don't have a lumirecia, but try it with another tank mon if you don't believe me.

swift/endure or swift/guard will work as well.
Ultimately, you’d want Violent/Guard and get your 50% resistance from sub stats. Rune order doesn’t really matter as long as you have 1 hp% and 2 Def% in 2/4/6

Does this still work pretty well after the change to the violent runes? What glory shop buildings are needed? If something like max Guardstone and/or Crystal Alter are used it’d be more difficult to go with this for some of us.
