Perna is utilized as an offensive attacker with regen and revive capabilities. She is one of the most versatile monsters in the game.

[easytable] Stun Debuff, Great health recovery for the team, Revives when dead, Hits hard when runed for offense, Great burst damage[/easytable]

Rune Builds

The ultimate endgame build for Perna would be Violent/Revenge(Atk%/Crit D%/Atk%). It does require world class runes, as you will need plenty of crit rate, crit damage, speed and some hp. If not you can go with Violent/Blade(Atk%/Crit D%/Atk%). Violent means you can proc his passive multiple times in a row or attack many times for some insane CC. Sometimes, Perna goes crazy and this happens… If you want a tank Perna, you can rune him Violent/Energy(Spd/Atk%/Hp%), but I wouldn’t recommend it because damage is much better. Important substats: Spd, Crit R, Crit D, Atk%, Hp%

Tower of Ascension Viability

Perna is great here, for both normal and hard. Her revive will mean she can survive many onslaughts and with good supports like Chasun, Chloe, Emma and Konamiya, Perna just won’t die easily. Add in a reviver like Briand or Eladriel and you have an immortal character here. Her stuns are vital to locking strong monsters that deal a lot of damage.

Giants and Dragons B10 Viability

Not really a Giants B10 monster due to element disadvantage, but definitely can be a Dragons B10 monster. However, I think Sigmarius would do a much better job here due to element advantage and also the Hp leader skill bonus.

Necropolis Viability

She can be used here but you will be in trouble if he gets revived on the Lich King’s side. He also doesn’t have multi-hit attacks to break the Lich King’s shield. However, he does bring raw damage and AoE healing for the team.

Arena and Guild Wars Viability

Perna reigns supreme in both arena and guild wars offense and defense. As long as you runed him with violent, he will proc many times and sometimes ruin your day if he is on the opposing team. When he is on your team, the stuns and damage will be very powerful against wind monsters like Lushen, Orochi, Julien etc. Since she has team heal every round, a very powerful arena defense composition is: Perna, Veromos, Hwadam, Chasun. This is a very annoying composition to deal with and I have lost countless times to this team. A well runed Perna can fit into any arena or guild war team easily.

Conclusion: Max her and give her everything you got!!!
