So from what I’m reading Wind Samurai maximises cooldown times for enemies i.e makes the enemies’ skills available for them to use? So how is “Reduce cool time of enemies” a pro? Unless it means resets the cooldown times (i.e makes abilities go into cooldown).

Hi when people rune kaito with swift/blade must the swift/blade be 5* and above runes? I tried swift/blade once but the dmg output is less than when i use fatal/blade. I think the trade off for high dmg 3rd skill is not worth the decrease in attack since the 3rd skill cant be used frequently. Any suggestion? I am trying yo build my kaito as my first 6* farmer at hydeni hell stage 5
