Megan and Shannon buffs definetly work , its not dmg reduction the buff is def increase . examples for dmg reduction skills is the one of the monkey king

Because the most of people can’t get the light or dark one. That why how the rating is so low. That my opinion. You can see this case in many many monster’s chart.

I have a Jubelle and he’s alright, I like to keep all interesting Light and Dark mons I come across (except a few… Light Pixie is a cheap Teon, Light Yeti is useless (imo), dark imp = pointless but light imp is pretty bad ass (his 3rd skill is rivals Ramagod’s Clear Shot but without having to lose the HP) but I digress…
Jubelle is a good defense dude and is good at defense breaking. His second skill provokes for 80% and easy to upgrade cause he’s a vagabond!! So he can basically be a life saver in certain situations (BUT Fire vagabond can to that to everyone!) His passive is alright meaning to you can use that provoke ability a lot more often then normal (throw in violent and you got a great def breaker and a provoker)
TL;DR: My opinion in rank for vagabonds goes as follows: Light, Fire, Dark and the rest are food for the others lol, only 3 worth keeping…
