Necropolis build for Fire Elven Ranger – I don’t think that Accuracy should be used if aiming for B10. MUCH more important to go with either Attack or HP. I can’t find anywhere online saying accuracy for Necro.

Does water elven ranger require accuracy to land atb reduction?

The best one for me is the water Elven^_^. I got fire, water and light Elven and test 3 of them. Come out that the water one prove to be more useful 🙂

In reply to SpideySense_FTA. Actualy I have four. And i think none of them is realy good but if I have to choose, i'll pick light one. Like its second skill, if you use dispair you can stun two monsters the first turn with a high chance. It also pairs well with a stunner/sleeper team.

i think the fire & wind one might have some use in necro, and the water elven is a good ABT reducer. i have water elven ranger at 4* right now, he’s quite good.
i’m not really like the light elven ranger, the 3rd skill deal quite damage on immobilize enemy, but it’s the additional 30% damage is conditional (on immobilize enemy).
i don’t have the dark elven or have seen his video on youtube, but i think his 3rd passive skill is really good, it’s like the wind monkey king with 100% chance (haven’t proofed this yet, but based on the description it is) .

Since this is the newest monster, I think the summoning has been nerfed or something… 2 Mystical Scrolls and I got Fire Elven Ranger then Wind Elven Ranger… I’m not complaining (rather get Nat 4 or higher but w.e) they seem like fun mons and I can definitely work them into a team of mine. After having the Fire and Wind ones for a bit the Light one just seems pointless…probably end up using him as food for whichever one I end up using more (outside of Necro… probably wind.. wish I had dark… THAT PASSIVE DOE!)

water one is great,2 atack bar reduce skill,one of them is great with stunners . with the dark one , they are best of elven rangers i guess
