light is really similar to water, with revive instead of removing all the negative effect on the 3rd skill. Moreover if there is no dead ally you get a discount on the CD.
You can say that in a heavy CC situation (dragon, dark or fire cairos) water garuda is your best friend. When you are in a heavy hitter dg light is better since you need healer and reviver for your glass cannon/gung ho monster (like from aiden onward)

Calculations for skill bonus works like this.
Lets say Water Fairy heals 3000 HP.
If her heal skill is increased by 1 level and is +10% heal.
The 10% is from the total heal of 3000 HP. So an additional 300 HP.
Total now will be 3300 HP.

Water is way better than dark… Water is arguably the best Garuda and used by many Top Ranked players…more so than the dark garuda..but it all comes down to opinion and how you play the game… if the dark garuda works better in your team/for your strategy then, yeah, the dark will be better than the water one…so really it comes down to you and how you play it and how you set up your teams… have fun 😉

I did an extensive test and proved it out. It’s not exactly 15% x 1.3. Its actually much more complex than that. But essentially it comes out to almost 20%. Here is the study I did on it:
