Admin i have a Question. for example like some skills are with 70% 60% chance of debuffs does Accuracy incarse that 60% chance to land debuffs?????

I got the Fire grim reaper and runed him with Fatal and blade but his AoE Skills 1 and 2 are doing barely any damage to monsters that are his level or higher
I observed that his skills only did damage to Wind Mons that were a lower level than him
Tried Soloing Normal Mt. Siz Boss fight with level 16 Fire Grim Reaper and got owned by the boss. Is this Normal?
