I agree. Was having trouble with necro b6 as I was working my way to b10.
A friend set his level 34 Seren as his rep and told me to try adding her to my team.
So I went Zaiross, Colleen, changed out my usual Bernard for Seren, Bella and Veromos.
All 5* except Veromos, Zaiross both lvl40 and as mentioned the 6* lvl 34 Seren.
That setup was what got me from NB5 to B10.
So I recommend building and maxing both Colleen and Seren.
Just my opinion of course. But they’re easy to get and skill so nothing lost by trying it out.

Just wanted to let you know, now that the necropolis is in, the fire harpu Colleen is permanent keeper. She has 2 multihits, hp recovery disturbance and attack debuff. It’s perfect for necro. Build her with violent – revenge/energy/focus (what you need, just let her have violent, a lot of hp and a pretty high acc if not 100%)

I recommend you take a look at her again and re-evaluate her rating. She can do a very good job as a Fire Healer now.
