for water imps skill 3, what do you need to get a Continuous damage? ACC or Crit R? i mean do you need Acc when the skill inflicts continuous damage if the target gets a critical hit?..

Hi, I’m at level 18~23 and I wanted to know if I can make Fynn work with runes 4* (my other option for DoT dmg for bosses is the wind elemental – Taharus)
So, do you recommend investing with runes 4*in Fynn or in Taharus?
I can make both 4*
