Agree, I thought Larpis is OP before but she seems to lacking speed.
But I used her in all sd dgn because the combo raoq + larpis is really good . Took me 30 mins to get 40 pieces for a 3 star mon is pretty satisfied for me.

But I love her in SD. You get an SD water or fire and power her up and her AOE is great at clearing it fast. You just need support and attack monsters for the 10th round.
TOA only if you can get stun on her. Really end game use it seems.
