Uses

Lapis is a free monster given after you finish Mt. Siz normal. This was only introduced after June 2015. Newbies are in luck. She is a great starter Faimon normal farmer if you don’t have any suitable water monsters that farm Faimon easily. She is also a viable stunner with Despair runes.

Offers

[easytable] Unrecoverable Debuff, 2 multi hitting skills(x3 on 1st/x4 on 2nd), AoE attack with self heal on 3rd skill[/easytable]

Rune Builds

For a universal build, I suggest Despair/Revenge(Spd/Crit R%/Atk%). This gives her good attack power and with decent 6 star runes, she is able to do faimon 1 hard without any problems. For hell however, it requires a better setup.
The recommended setup for Faimon 1 Hell farming is Vampire/Revenge(Atk%/Atk%/Atk%). You do need very good 6 star runes though. Important substats: Spd, Atk%, Crit R%, Hp%

Tower of Ascension Viability

Lapis is a good stunner in ToA normal and hard. Veromos does a good job but Lapis has AoE on all skills. That means that 25% of the time, monsters will get stunned every turn. The universal build will not work well if you want her to survive ToA hard. The optimal build for that is Despair/Revenge(Spd/Hp%/Hp%). This will make her a stun bot.

Giants and Dragons B10 Viability

Lapis can be used for Dragons B10 but she won’t dish out damage like Sigmarius, so I think her role there is minimal. Don’t use her for Giants B10…not worth it. For Necropolis though, she is a beast just like Lanett. The universal build will work just fine but you will need hp% substats to make her survive longer. Her multi hitting skills will come in handy to break the shield of the Lich King. You can consider going 3 Revenge sets if you use her only for Necropolis.

Arena and Guild Wars Viability

For both arena and guild wars, Lapis isn’t the greatest. She doesn’t provide enough damage nor utility to warrant a spot over someone like Galleon, Sigmarius, Camilla or Veromos. You can use her here, but only for fun. The monsters I mentioned are better candidates in both places.

Conclusion: Keep for ToA

If you need a good ToA member, Lapis will be the monster to go with. With the recent gift of Lanett, she might very well be relegated to just Faimon farmer and ToA.]]>
