On the substats increase increment table, critical damage and accuracy can go between 3% and 5%, not just always 3%, as the table says.

Okay I have a question about runing your monsters. I look at the guides and when it shows the types of runes to use, they usually show this “Swift/Focus (Hp%/Hp%/Acc%)”
I understand that I need to use the Swift and Focus runes and that two of them need percentage health and one needs percentage accuracy, but what is the meaning of this order? Does the order correspond with rune slots they need to be in?

Can someone tell me should I just set all the same thing on each monster or should I make each rune slot differently??
