Julienne is so bad, the only time in the game where he is actually usable is early game. Worst Nat 5*. Endgame he requires 100% resistance to avoid DoTs, but that doesn’t work well because almost everyone in PvP has 100% crit rate endgame, so he’s a sure kill either way. No usage in ToA either. Might be usable in Giant’s only.

You are talking about arena defence right? Because if you use Verde in offence, not everyone will try to attack him, only water and fire will (and fire will only if Verde has the lowest Max HP-Current HP ratio). But for ToA HP% is a must otherwise he won’t survive.

Yes, but don’t max his 2nd skill cause you will lose one speed boost when it’s maxed out.

Extra Turns – Violent/Revenge (or maybe Nemesis) (Spd/Crit R%/HP%)
Don’t do Attack Runes at Slot 6.
Your opponent will try to destroy him first.
You want to have extra rounds, as long as you can.
Try to reach 20000 HP and 200 Speed.
