Belladeon overall is a solid monster that can be used in all areas of the game from early game to late game.

With Bella offering the important 100% activation rate on defense debuff as her first skill, it allows your damage dealing allies to annihilate the opposite team. The 30% ATB boosts alongside 39% heal at max skill really gives her an edge over Ahman. In terms of utility, Bella wins outright among many 3 star support healers. In my opinion, she has the perfect kit of a support monster. Hands down the best attainable natural 3 star monster.
Rune Builds
For newbies, I suggest
Swift/Focus(Spd/Hp%/Hp%). After trying the high accuracy vs low accuracy bella, I prefer the lower accuracy bella now. Her having more hp will allow you to survive longer. You just need about 50% accuracy from other stats to be effective.
For veterans,
Violent/Revenge(Spd/Hp%/Hp%) is probably the best build out there. This allows a small chance of counter with defense debuff. The hp and speed is for more heals and violent procs. This is also a great build for both the arena and guild wars.
Tower of Ascension Viability
For ToA, she is useful in stages which has plenty of beneficial effect monsters.
Giants and Dragons B10 Viability
Belladeon is a main stay in any Giants even for B1 all the way to B10. The all important seize takes away the giant’s attack buff. The heal and atb boost will allow you to stay alive.
For dragons, she is great, especially for B10. Since the fire dragon zaiross in round 3 can reset cooldown, her defense debuff can still be useful in helping your team deal more damage.
Arena and Guild Wars Viability
For offense, she can be used against Chloe and other immunity monsters like Velajuel, Delphoi etc. A simple defense debuff combo with a damage dealer like Sigmarius usually kills a single opponent if well runed.
For defense, it also works but you will need to pair them with an immunity monster and a damage dealer for it to be a threat.
