Uses

Kahn is a support that can apply defense and attack debuff on a single enemy. He can also deal decent damage by scaling speed and health. Like his other griffon brothers, he has high base speed.

Rune Builds

With speed being the biggest factor, giving him nothing but speed is a good way to go. If you have good runes, I suggest going Violent/Blade(Spd/Crit D%/Hp%). Try to get as much speed, crit rate and substats as possible. Him being able to do damage is vital as a support with debuffs and damage. If you are just starting out, just stick with the simple Swift/Energy(Spd/Hp%/Hp%) build. You will still do okay damage. Important Substats: Spd, Hp%, Acc%, Crit R%, Crit D%

Tower of Ascension Viability

Kahn is good in ToA if you can get enough speed and use violent. He provides the additional defense/attack debuff, which is very useful in any map literally. The only thing is that he isn’t the popular one among his brothers as the Fire and Wind version is much more useful in specific maps. That doesn’t mean Kahn isn’t useful, its just that his kit only offers less compared to the other 2.

Giants and Dragons B10 Viability

Kahn is actually usable for Giants and Dragons suprisingly. Although he doesn’t do as good of a job as Bernard in Giants B10 or Spectra in Dragons B10, he can still be used. He just isn’t the first choice for both. The good thing about Kahn is that he can be tanky and still do decent damage, provided if you have good runes.

Necropolis Viability

Kahn is not the best unit to use for Necropolis due to the lack of multi hit ability. He also depends on speed to do damage, so stacking all that speed comes to “waste”.

Arena and Guild Wars Viability

Kahn can be used in a speed team provided you have a speed buffer like Bernard, Cahule(Fire Garuda), Kabilla(Light Harpy) etc. That improves his damage significantly and can be a viable threat. If you have the Water/Wind Chimera runed for speed and damage, they can turn into a devastating team combo.

Conclusion: Feed!

Unless you want to build him as another damage support, Bernard and Spectra offers a better kit than him. So I would say feed him. If you have built him to 5 or 6 stars, runed him well and would like to chime in on this discussion, comment below!]]>
