Bonus Reading: Kro’s 3rd skill Analysis

Uses

Kro is a very debuff dependant monster to dish out bonus damage. He has an innate 2 debuff first skill which is useful for killing tanks and high hp monsters. He is somewhat underrated because not many people value his skillset as much as Belladeon’s. Team up also allows him to benefit from monsters with debuffs or special effects on their first skill.

Offers

[easytable] Defense Debuff, Continuous Damage, Team up for bonus damage, Deals extra 50% damage per debuff[/easytable]

Rune Builds

Much of Kro’s damage will depend on how many debuffs you can land. For a very debuff proc build, I suggest Revenge x3(Atk%/Hp%/Acc%). This is good when he gets attacked and the odds(45%) of debuffing enemies is high. Alternatively, you can also go Violent/Revenge(Spd/Hp%/Acc%) for a faster build with the odds of multiple turns and more debuffs. Damage will suffer but the ability for 3 turn continuous damage will melt high hp monsters. Important Substats: Spd, Acc%, Hp%, Atk%

Tower of Ascension Viability

Kro is a viable ToA monster. He offers continuous damage, which is the all important debuff for the 50+ levels as monsters have ridiculous high hp. Pair him with Baretta, Hemos/Thrain for continuous damage. Team Combos Kro works very well with any monster that has a debuff on their first skill. Think Tyron, Belladeon, Raoq, Sieq and Colleen are great partners to team up with.

Giants and Dragons B10 Viability

Kro is a viable attacker for either Giants or Dragons. The key is that he needs 25k hp to survive onslaughts and a team of good healer/supports. However, due to Veromos being a farmable natural 5 star support monster with cleanse, it reduces Kro’s role to only being a decent debuffer.

Arena and Guild Wars Viability

For arena, there are better attackers and debuffers that outperforms Kro. His light wolf brother Belladeon outshines him in terms of utility and debuff plus he can remove beneficial effects. The only thing I can see is the unique team up combos with Tyron, Tarq or Raoq. As for guild wars, he is a niche pick against tanky monsters. He can be viable with Tyron and a support like Chloe.

Conclusion: Feed

With the existence of Veromos, Kro has been relegated to bench warmer. You can choose to keep him perhaps for future maps and he can be a great utility monster.]]>
